Xenovoya is a cooperative strategy game

Xenovoya is built around shared planning, queued actions, and expedition pressure rather than solo optimization.

This is not a lone-wolf puzzle. Xenovoya asks a group to make a plan with incomplete information, then adapt when the board changes under them.

Shared information

Everyone sees the same expedition board. The team learns together as fog drops off tiles, routes open, and danger becomes visible.

That shared view makes coordination the real resource. The game rewards communication, not just clicks.

Queued decisions

Players submit actions into a shared queue. The team has to choose when to move, when to dig, when to camp, and when to run.

Because the expedition resolves as a group, one player's move can change the tempo for everyone else.

  • Read the map together
  • Submit a turn in sync
  • React to what gets revealed
  • Escape before the pressure closes in

Pressure creates strategy

The game is strongest when the team is balancing long-term exploration against immediate survival.

That tension is the strategic core: the group has to decide how far to push before the expedition turns against them.
